INTRODUCTION
A DJ is more than someone who spins decks and plays tunes. A DJ is a Master of Ceremonies (MC or Emcee) – the person an audience turns to get the party started and keep the party going. A DJ must be an MC and maintain a level of energy, alertness and restraint at all times. It’s a fine line to walk, but a DJ who is a great MC is destined to go further in their DJ career.
