Tom is an experienced CPA, business owner, MBA graduate, and entrepreneur. His success is built on and driven by experience working with organisations from start-ups to ASX listed companies. His expertise is garnered from executive leadership experience in roles in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Strategic Management and Marketing. In addition to founding and building a well-respected, market-leading Management Accounting company which operates nationally, Tom also has served on several boards for both private and not-for-profit organisations.

Tom joined National Foods / Lion Nathan in 2001. Several promotions saw him perform project roles to implement Business Intelligence solutions Cognos and Crystal, and Finance roles such as ‘Manager, Business Portfolio’. From 2006 to 2008 he led the financial stream for National Food’s Australian wide SAP implementation. The implementation was awarded ‘Best implementation 2007/08’ by SAP Australia. Tom began Quinlan Consulting Team in 1999 on a part time basis. By late 2008 demand for services prompted focus solely on the Quinlan consulting practice.
